I had a wonderful time at the hotel, nestled in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, with a charming location that doesn't have deer crossing signs. The room was cozy and inviting, complete with a variety of snacks, a lovely hot tub, and a balcony to soak in the mountain views. The service was top-notch, with genuine southern hospitality that made me feel right at home. My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Gatlinburg area, close to all activities, and not far from everything. The service was top-notch with that classic southern hospitality that made me feel truly welcome. The dining experience was delightful, with delicious homemade desserts and fresh local products. However, the room lacked a bit of variety in the snacks available and did not have a hot tub which would have been a nice touch.
